Product is being delivered Locally there may be additional fees for wheelbarrowing into a backyard and/or going up or down stairs. The delivery fees includes stacking in a driveway and/or a garage.  This is a reasonable distance close to where driver can pull up too. 

If item is being delivered by an LTL company (outside of our local area) there are additional fees for limited access, lift gates and residential delivery addresses.  Best way to get the best rate is the product being delivered to a commercial address and no lift gate is needed.  Meaning you have a way to unload.
